Cannot send emails


  • We cannot send emails
  • Clients aren't receiving any emails


There could be an authentication error on your email server.

Try the following steps:
  1. Go to the Email application → Configuration → Outbound mail servers
  2. Go through all of the mail servers and click on "Test Connection"

  3. If you receive an authentication error, please make sure that the username and password is correctly filled in and set up on your email server
