Create a new user
Problem
- I would like to add a new user to the system
Solution
Typically, there are one or two users on your TaskFlow instance who have access to create new users.
Please try the following:
- Go to the Settings application → Users → Users (by default you'll see users when clicking on the Settings application)
- Click on create, right underneath the breadcrumbs in the control panel
- Fill out the name, password, and email. Also fill in the access rights you would like the user to have. If you are unsure of the access rights, take a look at the users already loaded onto your system.
- Remember to add the user to a call team if necessary (Voice → Configuration → Call Teams)
- Remember to add an extension to the user if necessary (Voice → Configuration → Extension)
