Create a new user

Problem

  • I would like to add a new user to the system

Solution

Typically, there are one or two users on your TaskFlow instance who have access to create new users.

Please try the following:
  1. Go to the Settings application → Users → Users (by default you'll see users when clicking on the Settings application)
  2. Click on create, right underneath the breadcrumbs in the control panel

  3. Fill out the name, password, and email. Also fill in the access rights you would like the user to have. If you are unsure of the access rights, take a look at the users already loaded onto your system.

  4. Remember to add the user to a call team if necessary (Voice → Configuration → Call Teams)
  5. Remember to add an extension to the user if necessary (Voice → Configuration → Extension)
