User cannot see an app

Problem

  • A system user cannot see an application in the main menu

Solution

Ensure that access rights are properly set for the user in question

  1. Go to the user within Settings > Users
  2. Search for the user in question and open the form view for that user
  3. Edit the form and add access to the applicable application
