Problem

  • How do I pull reports?
  • How do pivot views work?

Solution

Please follow the steps below:
  1. When browsing around in TaskFlow, everywhere you see the pivot icon, you can create your own customised pivot report

  2. The pivot table will adapt to the "Filters" and "Group By" functions in the search area



  3. To change the X-axis and Y-axis, use the "-" and "+" signs and add any field in the database

  4. To change the rest of the columns, you can use the "Measures" drop down

  5. To export your pivot table to Excel, use the Action → Download XLS button
