Problem

A browser hard-refresh is often the solution to some issues and is a first step in debugging an issue as it clears the cache and forces your browser to reload every asset on the web page. To do this, you can follow the steps below for Windows and Mac users.

Solution

If you are using Google Chrome, follow these steps:
  • Windows
    • Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button
  • Mac
    • Hold ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, follow these steps:

  • Windows
    • Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key
  • Mac
    • Hold down the ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button
