The reason that we will not spend time creating training documentation is that every client's setup is different in terms of extra fields, different workflows and other business processes which means that generic product documentation wouldn't have much meaning and wouldn't be clear to understand. We would rather focus our resources on building better productsNobody understands your business better than you do, and so it will be better for you to build documentation that your users will easily understand.
