Solution
The only documentation we have to get new users up and running quickly is the TaskFlow Fundamentals document. It is up to the client to create documentation for their new agents to understand how to use TaskFlow specifically in their business.
The reason that we will not spend time creating training documentation is that every client's setup is different in terms of extra fields, different workflows and other business processes which means that generic product documentation wouldn't have much meaning and wouldn't be clear to understand. We would rather focus our resources on building better products.
