Agent not receiving inbound calls

Problem

  • There is one agent that doesn't receive inbound calls, yet every one else is fine

Solution

The agent is possibly not added to the inbound queue.

Try the following steps:
  1. Go to the Voice application → Configuration → Queues
  2. Select the relevant queue which you suspect may be problematic
  3. Click on Members and insure that the user in question is listed as a member

Solution

The agent's extension may not be registering correctly.
