Duplicate leads
Problem
There are a lot of duplicate leads in TaskFlow
Solution
TaskFlow will never create new records unless they were either created by a user or uploaded via an import
Try the following steps:
Identify when and by who the leads were created by looking at the mail thread
Gradually go through the duplicates and remove them from the system
Contact Support
