SMS not going through

Problem

  • I try and send an SMS to my phone, but it's not going through
  • All of the SMS are failing when trying to send

Solution

There could by a delay with some mobile carriers.

Try the following steps:
  1. Send an SMS to an MTN, Vodacom and Cell C number
  2. Try and identify whether there is a delay on a certain carrier
  3. If the problem is with a specific carrier, there isn't anything TaskFlow can do

Solution

You could have insufficient funds.

Try the following steps:
  1. Go to the SMS application → Dashboard
  2. Check whether you have enough credits left
  3. If you would like to buy more credits, send us an email together with proof of payment to support@taskflow.co.za
