Agent widget not loading


  • When logging into TaskFlow, the agent's phone widget doesn't display

Solution 1)

The agent widget will not load in multiple browser tabs. Make sure that you have only one browser tab with TaskFlow open, or check all of the open tabs to find the one with the widget loaded inside.

Solution 2)

The agent may not have access to the Voice application.

Try the following steps:
  1. Go to the Settings application → Users → Users
  2. Make sure that the user has at least Voice / Agent access rights

Solution 3)

The agent may not have an extension set up.

Try the following steps:
  1. Go to the Voice application → Configuration → Extensions
  2. Make sure that there are extensions listed and that the agent is linked to an extension
