- What is AnyDesk and how do I install it?
Solution
AnyDesk allows our support staff to access your PC remotely. The purpose of doing this is to debug and resolve issues that we cannot solve remotely.
Please follow the steps below:
- Go to the AnyDesk download page: https://anydesk.com/en/downloads/windows
- Download the file and follow the installation instructions. Next, open AnyDesk and send us your ID and Password.
