Problem

  • How do I add/modify/remove agent dispositions

Solution

Please follow the steps below
  1. Go to the Voice app → Configuration → Dispositions

  2. To create a new disposition, click on "Create". To modify an existing dispositions, click on any disposition. Make sure that you fill in the correct "Next Action" and the correct agent requirements.
