Add/remove agents from queues

Problem

  • I want add and remove members from an inbound call queue / hunting group

Solution

Please follow the steps below:
  1. Go to Voice → Configuration → Queues
  2. Click on the queue name that you would like to modify

  3. Edit the queue and click on "Add an item" to add users, click on the trash icon to remove users
