Invalid Signup Token
Problem
When a user tries to register, they receive a message "Invalid Signup Token"
Solution
One of the manager users must send a new reset token to the user.
Please follow the steps below:
- Go to Settings → Users → Users and select the user who wants to log in
- Click on the "Resend Password Instructions" button
- An email will be sent to the user's email address if an email server has been configured
- If an email server has not been configured, you can copy and paste the link displayed in the green box and send it to the user
