Incorrect email or password

Problem

I am unable to log into TaskFlow using my email and password.

Solution

  1. Double check your TaskFlow URL

    Your TaskFlow URL is unique to your company and should read something like "https://demo.taskflow.co.za/web/login". If you are using the incorrect URL, your login credentials will not work.

  2. Double check your email address and password

    The email address and password is case-sensitive and will not work if you add any extra spaces before or after.

  3. Request a password reset

    Managers have access to send you a link to reset your user password. To do this, managers can navigate to Settings → Users, select the user, and click on the "Reset Password" button as shown in the screen shot below.
