Solution

The only documentation we have to get new users up and running quickly best place to start is the TaskFlow Fundamentals document. It is up to the client to create documentation for their new agents to understand how to use TaskFlow specifically in their business.The reason that we will not spend time creating training documentation is that every client's setup is different in terms of extra fields, different workflows and other business processes which means that generic product documentation wouldn't have much meaning and wouldn't be clear to understand. Nobody understands your business better than you do, and so it will be better for you to build documentation that your users will easily understandThis document explains the TaskFlow framework and the different types of views and after reading it, most users will feel comfortable with the system.

Since every business has different workflows, fields and customisations, it is better for the client to create training manuals for their users.
