- When inside a campaign, the same lead keeps on repeating to the agent
- The agent cannot continue on to the next lead
- "Closed" leads keep repeating
Solution
The campaign could be set up incorrectly.

Try the following steps:
- Go to Campaigns → Call
- Go to the "Settings" tab
- Add the following automatic dispositions
- Cancelled by Agent (choose disposition)
- Rejected by Callee (choose disposition)
- Busy Callee (choose disposition)
- Error (choose disposition)

Solution
The dispositions may not be set up correctly / the agents might not be selection the correct disposition.

Try the following steps:
- Go to the Sales application → Leads or My Pipeline (depending on whether you are using leads or opportunities)
- Open the record you have identified and click on the "Calls" stat button to see the previous calls
Image Added - This will show you whether the calls were dispositioned correctly. If they were dispositioned correctly, take note of the dispositions and continue on to the next step.
- Go to the Campaigns application → Configuration → Dispositions → Call and search for the dispositions noted in step 3 and make sure that the dispositions have the correct campaign action (Remember that "Reschedule" and "Retry later" will bring leads back into the queue)
