Problem

  • When inside a campaign, the same lead keeps on repeating to the agent
  • The agent cannot continue on to the next lead

Solution

The campaign could be set up incorrectly.

Try the following steps:
  1. Go to Campaigns → Call
  2. Go to the "Settings" tab
  3. Add the following automatic dispositions
    1. Cancelled by Agent (choose disposition)
    2. Rejected by Callee (choose disposition)
    3. Busy Callee (choose disposition)
    4. Error (choose disposition)
