Problem
- When inside a campaign, the same lead keeps on repeating to the agent
- The agent cannot continue on to the next lead
Solution
The campaign could be set up incorrectly.
Try the following steps:
- Go to Campaigns → Call
- Go to the "Settings" tab
- Add the following automatic dispositions
- Cancelled by Agent (choose disposition)
- Rejected by Callee (choose disposition)
- Busy Callee (choose disposition)
- Error (choose disposition)
