- Double check your TaskFlow URL
Your TaskFlow URL is unique to your company and should read something like "https://demo.taskflow.co.za/web/login". If you are using the incorrect URL, your login credentials will not work. - Double check your email address and password
The email address and password is case-sensitive and will not work if you add any extra spaces before or after. - Request a password reset
Managers have access to send you a link to reset your user password. To do this, managers can navigate to Settings → Users, select the user, and click on the "Reset Password" button as shown in the screen shot below.
