Solution

TeamViewer allows our support staff to access your PC remotely. The purpose of doing this is to debug and resolve issues that we cannot solve remotely.

  1. Go to the TeamViewer download page: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows/

  2. Download the file and follow the installation instructions. Next, open TeamViewer and send us your ID and Password.
