Debit Orders

• Added a "Sent to Bank" state to all the instalments to indicate when instalment has been sent to the bank
• Added extra check to ensure that only draft instalments are sent to payment providers (avoids duplicates)
• Added ability to resubmit debit orders through a button on the instalment
• Added ability to cancel a single instalment through the edit button on the instalment
• Added extra fields to a promissory to track the amounts/counts of remaining, completed, and failed instalments
• Improved list views (with colors indicated states) and search views all over
• Fixed bug where Paym8 does not accept company names with digits in the name

Loan

• Added settlement discount field on loans
