Mailing Lists
Mailing lists are separate from Contacts. Mailing Lists are simply containers for Mailing List Contacts. Mailing List Contacts can be imported from CSV (or created manually). Only an email address is required for a mailing list contact. Once imported, a list can be created where you can add multiple mailing list contacts simultaneously.
Email Campaign Tracking
Once the email campaign has been started you are able to track the status of the email campaign. The Header blocks provide information about the emails that have been sent out. The statuses can be tracked and provides a list of the contacts that have done the following action on the email:
Is Sent
Received
Opened
Replied (this relies on email forwarding if you are using your own email provider)
Clicked
