Outbound Mail Server Set Up

Please ensure that you follow the Account Setup section first before continuing with this guide.

 

Creating an Outbound Mail Server

Steps:

  1. In TaskFlow, Navigate to Email → Configuration → Outgoing Mail Servers

     

  2. Click Create to create a new Outgoing Mail Server

    1. Select the Mailgun option in Type

    2. Give your mail server a description

    3. Choose a Mailgun Domain (if one does not exist, you can follow this guide to create one)

    4. Select TLS as your connection security

       

    5. Enter the SMTP password that you created previously in the “Account Setup” section

       

    6. Click Save and then Click “Test Connection” to verify that the details are correct.
