Problem

  • How do I hard-refresh my browser?

Solution

If you are using Google Chrome, follow these steps:
  • Windows
    • Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button
  • Mac
    • Hold ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, follow these steps:

  • Windows
    • Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key
  • Mac
    • Hold down the ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button
