Base System

• Debug mode is now available to all users in the "About" dialog

• Fixed bug when creating a new contact from email with no name and surname

CRM

• Remove <style/> and <javascript/> tags from emails when extracting the email body and saving it in the description of the leads
• Remove additional number field - for existing customers the field will still be there

Helpdesk

• Track the date when a ticket was first assigned to a user
• Automatically create contacts from CC'd email addresses
• Better management of tickets going out of SLA
• Ability to create a customer from the ticket classify screen
• Ability to filter by "Today" and "This Month" on dashboard
• Fixed access rights bug when merging tickets
• Fixed bug on where the channel stat buttons weren't clickable

Insurance (New!)

• Added a new insurance module with support for credit life insurance

Loans

• Future paydates report will now only show active loans
• Ability to insert custom terms and conditions on loan contract
• Improved SACRRA reports and added SFTP transfer protocol support

Credit Report

• Ability to pull Business Enquiry Report via XDS
• Cleaner integration into XDS

Debit Order

• Cleaner integrations into Intecon, Paym8
• Fixed bug when trying to edit promissory intalments

Bank AVS

• Restructure menu items for better usability
