• Ability to create PDF reports from OpenOffice ODT files - this allows clients to configure their own reports
• Ability to create an external database source that allows configurators to pull data from any database
• Usability improvements on the BI Reports module that allows clients to configure advance BI reports
• Log traceback of access rights errors in the server logs in order to help our support team identify access right issues faster

Voice

• Ability to pull reports on: year, month, day, day of week and hour of day for both inbound and outbound calls
• When selecting a record to link to an inbound call you can now easily view the record before choosing
• Fixed traceback on the agent dashboard due to incorrect calculation of the IM Status field
• Fixed traceback on the agent widget when dispositioning calls

Campaign

• Ability for configurators to specify which phone fields to phone per campaign

Helpdesk

• Ability to pull reports on: year, month, day, day of week and hour of day for all tickets
• Fixed bug where the customer primary and secondary phone number was not pulling through to the ticket
• Usability improvements when creating a new ticket from an inbound call

SMS

• Twilio SMS integration (Whatsapp coming soon)
• Ability to quick search on the destination number
