SMS not going through
Problem
- I try and send an SMS to my phone, but it's not going through
- All of the SMS are failing when trying to send
Solution
There could by a delay with some mobile carriers.
Try the following steps:
- Send an SMS to an MTN, Vodacom and Cell C number
- Try and identify whether there is a delay on a certain carrier
- If the problem is with a specific carrier, there isn't anything TaskFlow can do
Solution
You could have insufficient funds.
Try the following steps:
- Go to the SMS application → Dashboard
- Check whether you have enough credits left
- If you would like to buy more credits, send us an email together with proof of payment to support@taskflow.co.za
